ATS-V Remote Tune Plus

The number one 2016 to 2019 Cadillac ATS-V performance remote tune available including the proven HP Tuners.

Buy the HP Tuners MPVI2 including the VCM Suite and 2 Universal Credits with our Starting Point Tune. After you flash your car and take some initial scans send us the file. We will make fine adjustments to the tune and return it for you to upload. Depending on the situation, this may require three to six iterations. Going forward, you will always have the ability to scan all ECM and TCM parameters.

Within the TCM we start by ensuring the latest GM software updates are applied, then adjust base line pressure tables for all forward gears, with TCC on and off, in addition to all base shift pressure tables. These changes will make your transmission shift more firm and crisp than stock, without feeling too harsh.

For M6 cars we will program the ECM for better launch. When you are in first gear the ECM knows you’re in first and applies the first gear rev limiter. We will program a completely separate rev limiter when you’re in first gear and push the clutch all the way to the floor. This will give you the ability to hold the accelerator and clutch pedals to the floor at the starting line and launch at whatever engine speed is desired. This allows the car to launch under boost. Initially we will set this to 6,000 rpm, which works amazingly well if you slip the clutch with drag radials.

Within the CCM we adjust the active exhaust settings to make them more user friendly. For example, the exhaust baffles will no longer slam open under light throttle at 3,500 rpm.

Tapout Tuning can tune the following control modules:

• ECM = engine control module (2016 through 2019 ATS-V engine settings)
• TCM = transmission control module (2016 through 2019 ATS-V A8 automatic transmission settings)
• CCM = chassis control module (2017 through 2019 ATS-V active exhaust settings)

All our remote tunes (excluding dyno tunes) will be adjusted as required at no charge for up to 30 days.  Any changes requested after 30 days will be done at half price using our Retune option.

This package includes our Starting Point Tune and tuning adjustments. Plus the MPVI2 hardware and both the VCM Editor, the VCM Scanner software and the Universal Credits for your year car. The TCM (2) and CCM (3) tunes both require additional Universal Credits for the HP Tuners module. These additional Universal Credits are included in our prices.

HP Tuners VCM Suite has been designed to work with Microsoft Windows® 7 or newer.  Windows® 10 is the recommended operating system.
