This is a brand new OEM style carbon fiber rear spoiler for a CT4-V Blackwing. The only issue is that it does not have the weather stripping on the underside that goes against the decklid. Some 3M weather stripping purchased from your local hardware store can easily resolve this. $1,600 + shipping
