All our remote tunes (excluding dyno tunes) will be adjusted as required at no charge for up to 30 days. Any changes requested after 30 days will be done at half price using our Retune option.
Orders typically ship within one (1) business day.
If you need your product(s) faster, do not complete this transaction. Instead, email Sales@TapoutTuning.com, specify what it is you would like to order, how quickly you would like to receive it, and the city and state you live in and sales will put you in touch with a reseller that has inventory.
Shipments to Canada:
Customers have had issues with unexpected and excessive brokerage fees to Canadian addresses. To expose these costs prior to ordering shipments to Canada are now shipped UPS Expedited, which include brokerage fees. We are exploring other lower cost shipping alternatives. If you would like to lower your shipping costs to Canada, please email Sales@TapoutTuning.com and we will help you find a reseller.
The Order number or RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box for all inbound shipments. Unauthorized or unmarked shipments will be refused upon receipt and shipped back at the customers expense. Any order shipped with a pre-paid return shipping label must be a UPS shipping label, or the return shipment may be delayed due to scheduling a carrier pick up.
Payment for all services and products are via PayPal either with a PayPal account or credit card.
