One of the most important features of our Remote Tunes at Tapout is that we always keep your engine safe. It would be easy to ignore certain safety parameters set by GM so that we could tune your car easier and quicker, but that’s not how we operate here. We take our time to ensure every safety check is still in place once we complete your remote tune. While a Tapout Tune will produce substantially more power than your ATS-V had stock, all the safety precautions are still in place. They will continue to function keeping your engine safe at all times, no matter how hard you push it.
This was something that interested one of this week’s customers, John from Georgia. He originally had his ATS-V tuned by anther prominent tuner but found that they had ignored these safety parameters and put his engine at risk. He then tried another prominent tuner, and while they were able to provide some improvements to the tune, it still wasn’t what John was looking was looking for. That’s when he came across Tapout Tuning and was able to breathe a sigh of relief. He knew his horsepower prayers had been answered. “Now my car is an absolute monster.
