This past weekend, our local Ohio Cadillac V-Club chapter met for a delicious breakfast at Starliner Diner in Hilliard. It was a morning full of great food, awesome Cadillacs, and even better conversations.

We continually strive to advance the platforms we are involved in as well as be the first to bring new and exciting items to the market that actually make a difference.

Building on that trend, we will soon have Circle D Torque Converters available for the CT5-V Blackwing! These converters are based off the original factory design paired with Circle D’s CNC’ed billet stator and impeller modifications.  Stall speed ranges from 3,200 to 3,400 rpm, which is approximately 600 rpm higher than stock.  These are designed to work flawlessly with aftermarket camshafts.  They retain all TCC lockup features, so your streetability and light throttle cruising fuel economy should not change.

We are currently accepting pre-order with an accepted ship date of April 26^th, 2024.

Every car we’ve built with genuine Pure Stage 2 Plus turbos has produced 700 to 760 peak whp, using the industry standard SAE correction factor.  We post more of these builds each month.

The dyno charts are all listed on our Pure Stage 2 Plus page for everyone to check out. The copycats only show one dyno chart, which was created in ‘uncorrected’ format.

Tuning your car should be a fun and exciting experience. Turning things up on your car so that it can reach its full potential is a feeling that’s hard to explain, but never gets old!

Many customers drive their cars to our shop, or even ship them across the country to us so we can take care of every detail. Other’s like being more directly involved in the tuning process so we complete Remote Tunes where customer’s gather the data and flash tune updates themselves.

You may be wondering about the benefits of doing it one versus the other.  A Remote Tune allows gives you the opportunity to truly feel the progression of power as we work though the tuning process.  An in-house dyno tune allows us to remove the variables of the driving on the street so it’s efficient and repeatable.  Plus, you get to meet our team and enjoy a free Jiu-Jitsu class.  There are benefits to either way you choose, however what remains the same between both options is that with a Tapout Tune, we’re going to provide incredible and safe results that you’ll love!
