Donny brought his low mileage ATS-V coupe in from Illinois for Blue Belt upgrades. Even with Costco fuel in the tank, this car produced a very broad powerband with 508 peak whp.

Jeff drives all of his cars hard on road courses. He loves the handling and braking performance of his new CT4-V Blackwing, but like all of us, wanted more power. In stock form, his Blackwing put down 410 whp on the DynoJet. With Blue Belt mods and his Mississippi ethanol-free pump gas he made 479 whp. With the addition of our fuel cam and some custom dyno tuning he was able to hit 546 whp on E30 blend. Straightaways will be MUCH more fun for Jeff now!

Ken brought his new 2023 CT4-V Blackwing to us for the Blue Belt Performance Package. We dyno tuned using the new Tapout Tuning Module, and set him up with various calibrations ranging from 471 to 528 whp, all on 93-octane pump gas.

Shawn shipped his completely stock 2017 ATS-V all the way from the west coast for Jorge’s magic touch. We installed our full Purple Belt Performance Package ensemble, including EPA catted downpipes. This M6 car made 473 whp on California 91-octane fuel and 602 whp on E57!

We just completed a Blue Belt Performance Package installation and custom dyno tuning for Nathan’s ultra clean M6 CT4-V Blackwing. Using our soon to be released Tapout Tuning module, we produce a much smoother powerband than any other tuning device for these cars. We also properly compensated for the carbon fiber intake lid, circumventing DTCs P0171, P0174 and P1400. We create seven different calibration maps that are stored and can be switched on the fly in just a few seconds using the free cell phone app. Here were the final results on 93-octane pump gas:

• P1 = 478 whp
• P2 = 498 whp
• P3 = 509 whp
• P4 through P7 = 513 whp

It’s safe to say Nathan drove a completely different car home than he arrived with!
