Our good friends at Exodus Performance in Austin, Texas just knocked out another Blue Belt Performance Package, with this one using EPA approved catalytic converters. Mike’s car was a very rare 2019 ATS-V M6, of which only 21 were produced! As always, Exodus did a great job with the installation and the car put down a very broad powerband.
2016 CADILLAC ATS-V 497 WHP TWIN TURBOCHARGED
This anonymous canyon carver from a neighboring state showed up today with a 2016 ATS-V. His intercooler wasn’t working due to an air pocket, so we installed our intercooler fill/bleed kit. Also gapped down some fresh spark plugs and tuned the car with intake, exhaust and everything else completely stock. Final numbers were impressive with peaks of 497 whp and 489 wtq SAE corrected. This car is going to be even more fun than before with its newfound powerband!
2022 CADILLAC CT4-V BLACKWING 516 WHP TWIN TURBOCHARGED
Don and Jessica from Louisiana drove in with their beautiful new CT4-V Blackwing. The car was ready for it’s first oil change, so we took care of that for them, upgrading the filter to the extra heavy duty AC Delco UPF63R. We also installed the newly released Blue Belt Performance Package before working our calibration magic on the dyno.
These cars are rated at 472 peak crankshaft horsepower from the factory. Assuming 12% chassis dynamometer loss for cars equipped with the A10 transmission, this car should put down approximately 415 whp. Our DynoJet 224xLC once again proved to be within one percent of perfect, showing 412 and 413 whp on two back to back baseline pulls.
After installing parts and tuning, the new peak power measured at 516 whp for a whopping 100 whp gain! The car showed huge gains all the way from 3,800 to 6,500 rpm. On the A10 cars, they are nearly always between 4,800 and 6,500 rpm when you’re at full throttle. And this car picked up 85 to 115 whp across that entire range!!
2017 CTS-V SPORT 410 WHP TWIN TURBOCHARGED
Hector from Ohio recently picked up a super clean 2017 CTS-V Sport, and he worked up the perfect fitment with some 20” wheels. We installed an aftermarket intake system replaced the spark plugs and added our intercooler fill and bleed system. Strapped the car to our DynoJet and peaked at 410 whp. As always, air/fuel and boost curves are nearly perfect, and the electronic throttle stays completely open too!
