This is my first experience with modifying and tuning a car and all I can say is wow!! The car feels so much more lively and great to drive! Scott’s customer service is great and answered every question I had.

I got in touch with Scott at Tapout Tuning after a having a previous tune in the car that I wasn’t satisfied with.  Scott explained in detail to me the performance packages that they offered.  He is very knowledgeable when it comes to this platform and thoroughly answered any questions I had.  We chose to do the Purple Belt Performance Package.  He assured me the package would produce very useable and safe power without sacrificing much as far as drivability.

I dropped the car off on Saturday and they immediately started tearing the car down on Monday, and were finished with it on Wednesday.  Throughout the whole process Scott and his team kept me informed on the progress of the car.  He is very meticulous and stands behind his work ethics and customer service abilities.  The car was returned to me exactly how he promised it would be.  There were no issues with my eight hour drive home.

As far as the tune, drivability has been vastly improved.  The power rolls in well and the car is completely different experience now . Scott and Michael were awesome, providing best customer service ever.  Both were patient and very professional.  Michael walked me thru the purchasing and got me Black Friday discounts.  Scott was there throughout the installation and adjusting the software mods to optimize the tune up.  The change is greater than I expected – higher boost, faster acceleration and tighter, harder shifts.  Phase 2 I will be installing their Blue Belt Performance Package (downpipes, throttle body, spark plugs, air filters and intercooler bleed).  I can’t say enough to thank these guys.  If you are looking to upgrade you car I highly recommend Tapout Tuning.

Over the past few months I have been working with Scott to get my 2014 Cadillac CTS V-Sport tuned, a car he has not had much tuning time with.  He has done an outstanding job tuning the car, making it feel more alive and healthy. Scott was able to allow me to bring my car to him on a Saturday to dyno tune and get the car running it’s best. He gave the car a pretty healthy boost in horse power and torque. 30 minutes after I left he reached out to check how the car was, and invited me and my girlfriend to come to Jiu-Jitsu that he was hosting the next morning.
