Tapout Tuning Dyno Day!

Tapout Tuning is happy to announce that on July 10th from 10 am to 5 pm we will be hosting our very own Dyno Day! We will have 12 spots available to do two dyno pulls with each car. Now you can see what your ATS-V or CTS V-Sport is really making for power! After your pulls we will have advice on where you can improve the tune of your car and any changes we would recommend making.

If you don’t get a spot on the dyno and just want to come check out the Tapout Tuning Headquarters to hangout, that’s cool too! We will be bringing in a free lunch for everyone that comes. There will also be some very special deals offered on all of our high quality parts that you can only get if you make the drive here. So come enjoy the sounds of big horsepower in the air. Sin Don Min is our latest Tapout Remote Tune of the Week all the way from South Korea! As with many other Remote Tune customers around the world, Sin had trouble finding someone locally to tune his ATS-V. When he found us, he knew his troubles were over. “There seems to be no tuner that can understand and touch ATS-Vs as well here. ATS-V in South Korea

Congratulations to Ethan in California!

Yesterday was Ethan’s first time ever racing at the drag strip and his 2016 ATS-V did not disappoint!  He made four passes down Sacramento Raceway’s quarter mile track.  The first one was 10.7x, and the next three were all 10.4x, with a best of 10.41 @ 133.7 mph.  Ethan runs our wildly popular Tapout Tuning Purple Belt Performance Package, which includes all the mods necessary to run E85 with good safety and reliability, plus drag radials.

Ethan is now ranked #13 in the ATS-V quarter mile, #14 in the eighth mile and #23 in the 60 to 130 mph official rankings. Impressive results for a car that can still be daily driven comfortably!

Racer notes: Ethan’s car had zero weight reduction and a half tank of E69 fuel.  Density air was nearly 2,300’, which was worse than any other ATS-V in the official top 40.
