Franz from Maryland dropped his 2016 M6 ATS-V off for an upgrade from Purple to Brown Belt.  This is a low mileage car and it drives like new.  Amazingly, it also makes 737 whp now on E60 fuel!

Josh from Pennsylvania brought his beautiful 2023 CT5-V Blackwing in for upgrades.  We installed all the most common mods including larger throttle body, ported stock supercharger, camshaft package, auxiliary fuel pump, flex fuel kit and header system.  Josh’s final calibration is a fully automatic flex fuel tune that will work fine on any fuel from 93-octane E0 to E85.  It starts adding WOT ignition timing when ethanol content reaches E20, and hits full power by E60.  So E60 to E85 will make the same power.  Here are the results:

• 665 whp with ported supercharger and throttle body, but no tune
• 742 whp with 2.50” pulley on 93-octane pump gas (12 psi boost)
• 758 whp with 2.30” pulley on 93-octane pump gas (14 psi boost)
• 771 whp with 2.18” pulley on 93-octane pump gas (15 psi boost)
• 809 whp with 2.18” pulley on E62 fuel (15 psi boost)

All the above numbers are using SAE correction, so you can add ~ 2% if you want to see STD numbers.

Dave dropped off his sweet M6 2023 CT4-V Blackwing with a wicked cool metallic forest green wrap for our White Belt Package plus a Gigs ported throttle body with the JB4 tuner. He was interested in seeing the kind of gains the JB4 could produce, so before installing any modifications, we strapped Dave’s car to the dyno to see what kind of power his car was putting down. To our surprise, this CT4-V Blackwing baselined as one of the highest we’ve seen; making 432 whp.

After installing colder Brisk spark plugs, Gigs ported throttle body and the JB4 tuner, Dave’s car produced a respectable 488 whp! Those are some impressive gains for a few bolt-ons!

Testing and development continues on our ATS-V Black Belt Performance Package. We started out by setting the new world records of 836 whp and 8.77 seconds in the quarter mile at Cadillac Attack in January 2023. In the last year we’ve made 50 dyno pulls above 800 whp and today we have we have a new record of 1,047 whp!  This is roughly 40 more horsepower than our old record, and we’re doing it with about four less pounds of boost.

This customer shipped their baby in from Nevada for the full Brown Belt treatment.  Their car has more appearance modifications than we have seen before, including some really cool one of a kind items.  And now he has power to match.  His Daily Tune automatically scales fueling and ignition timing for any fuel from 91-octane pump gas up to straight E85, and peaks at 636 whp.  When that’s not enough, the Kill Tune produces a monstrous 747 whp on E60 to E70 fuel!
