Donny from Illinois has a beautiful 2016 ATS-V with only 16,000 miles on the odometer.  He came in last year for our Blue Belt Performance Package.  After one year of driving around with another 100 more whp, he decided it was time for another hundred.  Jorge the Magnificent installed all the fuel system upgrades required for Purple Belt and then we completed custom dyno tuning.  Now Donny’s car produces 627 peak whp, which is 200 more than it came with stock!

Carlo drove all the way from California to get the Blue Belt treatment on his CTS-V Sport. We completed our usual general overview of his car to make sure everything looked healthy before we proceeded with installing some of our go-fast parts and found that both the upper and lower intake were excessively dirty with oil.  This car had 117,000 miles on the odometer, so it’s normal buildup for that amount of miles. We got that cleaned up, completed our Performance Package parts installation and created a custom Dyno Tune and this CTS V-Sport is running even better than new!

Nathan was one of the very first CT4-V Blackwing owners to have our Tapout Tuning Downpipes installed on his car last year. Not long after that, he upgraded to our Tapout Tuning Module (TTM) so he could start to get a better feel for what this car’s potential was.

Of course, you know how the story goes…. Newfound power is always great until before long, you’re left wanting more. When duty calls, we’re there to answer, so Nathan brought his CT4-V Blackwing back to us for the Purple Belt Performance Package!

We installed the AutoTech HPFP internals, Tapout Fuel Cam, and Global B Flex Fuel Kit. This gives us the ability to create a tune that will automatically adjust anywhere from E0 all the way to straight E85! Nathan’s Blackwing left making 579 whp on 93-octane fuel and 651 whp on E60! This is our most powerful Purple Belt car ever; so, what’s the secret sauce you ask? We upgraded the stock turbos to the Pure Stage 2 Plus set, so he’s making more power with less boost! In order to keep things safe and reliable, we left the boost turned down.  Nathan’s planning to upgrade further down the road, so he’s already one step ahead!

Jeff shipped his all black CT5-V Blackwing in from Connecticut for a round of modifications and custom tuning.  We installed all the most common mods including larger throttle body, ported stock supercharger, camshaft package and header system.  Final results were a monstrous 767 whp on 93-octane pump gas!

Jonathan from Texas was one of our first CT4-V Blackwing Blue Belts in 2022. In 2023 he upgraded to Purple. And now for 2024 he has taken another step up to Brown Belt. His current powerband peaks at 729 whp and 732 wtq, giving him one of the most beastly Blackwings on the planet! Jonathan can run three different fuels with his current mods and tunes as follows:

• 93-octane pump gas = 551 whp
• 93-octane plus methanol injection = 643 whp
• E60 to E70 plus methanol injection = 729 whp
