This customer drove in from New Jersey for a dyno tune.  He was running an aftermarket intake, spark plugs and catless downpipes.  Previous dyno tune from a competitor put down a respectable 502 whp and 484 wtq.  A couple hours later he left with his Tapout tune producing 528 whp and 506 wtq.

This customer just purchased a beautiful 2018 ATS-V A8 sedan with only 10,000 miles.  With temporary tags still on the car, we installed our Purple Belt Performance Package and cranked things up to 605 whp and 640 wtq on E56 fuel.  Also noteworthy were the baseline numbers for this car.

• Previous tune in Tour mode = 364 whp and 421 wtq on 93 octane pump gas
• Previous tune in Track mode = 372 whp and 420 wtq on 93 octane pump gas
• Flashed back to stock tune = 391 whp and 424 wtq on 93 octane pump gas
• Purple Belt Performance Package = 518 whp and 561 wtq on 93 octane pump gas
• Purple Belt Performance Package = 569 whp and 575 wtq on E42 fuel
• Purple Belt Performance Package = 605 whp and 640 wtq on E56 fuel with some additional boost and timing advance

This car runs E48 fuel and our new Caddy Issues Stage 3 turbos.  This was a remote tune using a dyno that seems to always under-report, even with the industry standard SAE correction.  This car should run well into the nines.

This car runs E52 fuel and our new Caddy Issues Stage 3 turbos.  We tried to do a remote tune, and were able to get things dialed in very nicely.  However, the dyno shop ran out of time before we were able to really crank the boost up.  This car should be in the mid 700s for whp and high 700s for wtq when the tune is complete.

We remote tuned an ATS-V today in Saudi Arabia with Tapout’s Blue Belt Performance package, using their local Mustang dynamometer.  Peak corrected power was 514 whp and 506 wtq.
