After tuning my Cadillac ATS-V myself with HP Tuners I decided to contact Tapout Tuning for a remote tune. The process was simple and clear, and Tapout Tuning is easy to work with remotely and very responsive. My V is making more boost, the throttle is staying open, and the A8 transmission shifts firmly. I also purchased the intercooler fill/bleed kit, which worked as advertised, and is a good tool to have on hand since that appears to be a maintenance item, needing to be repeated periodically.

For a newbie to the tuning world Scott and his team @ Tapout made sure I understood what I was doing even when I had problems. Scott was good enough to reach out to me personally and walk me through what I needed to do. Any and all revisions were done in a timely manner. Tapout made sure to answer any questions had. For a newbie tuning can be a little scary. Scott & his team at Tapout made the whole experience simple. It is unbelievable how much meat Cadillac leaves on the table. Tapout Tuning has woken my ATS-V up. Feels like a whole different car now.

Any question i have about my ATS-V I get an almost instant reply answering my questions. When i was getting tune revisions Scott would almost immediately respond with my tune revision. What more could you ask for? Definitely recommend Tapout Tuning!

My car is an entirely different beast now thanks to Scott and his team at Tapout. I was completely green to the tuning process but between speaking with Michael and Scott throughout my experience I have learned a lot about the car and it’s now a bat out of hell. One thing that impressed me was how fast I got answers to my questions and how fast I got tune revisions sent back. It was like they were working for me and me only not anyone else and that’s impressive. I won’t trust anyone else with my car after dealing with Tapout and I will drive to their shop from now on to have their parts installed. Can’t thank you guys enough.

I did the blue belt package to my Cady and try to tune with my tuner, but unfortunately he couldn’t finish it up properly. When ahead and got the Remote Tune from Tapout Tuning and thanks to Scott and Michael my car is running real good and strong. Couldn’t be more happy with the service and customer support
