I will have to say Scott is awesome.  Just any problem, question, concern or anything at all, he was there.  This was remote tuning made easy for sure.  Also my car now rips, which is huge!!  But 12 out of 10 with dealing with Scott and Tapout Tuning!!!

Scott is very easy to work with and makes sure the whole process of getting your car dialed in is perfect.  Super fast response times!  I was amazed when I was able to get two files sent by him in a single day.  I have seen other tuners that takes weeks.  Plus, he is always aiming to make the platform better!

First off hands down & hats out to Tapout & their outstanding customer service. I mean if texting, emailing & even calling to walking you through the tuning steps, while taking your daughter to swimming lessons if I’m not mistaken, doesn’t speak customer service, then I don’t know what does. Just Scott’s patients level alone gave me more piece of mind with choosing to go with a Tapout tune over the rest.

The overall experience with the tuning has been frustrating on my behalf only due to my non- savviness with computers but Tapout has gotten me through that storm & to the sunlight …LOL to witness the BEAST this car has become.. Talk about night and day difference. Man, this thing pulls hard AF!! Oh, I forgot to mention this is just a tune and full exhaust, so imagine with more bolt-ons. So, if you’re having any doubts about choosing the right tune, all I can say is, like Nike, Just Do It!  I promise you won’t regret it!!!!

I can’t thank Scott Cook enough for the great tune and amazing customer service.  Always helps, never seems bothered to help you understand anything about the process or the tune itself.  Only issue is… girlfriend isn’t happy, she says he made the car too fast! ????‍♂️  Is that even possible?  Just wish the weather didn’t turn to shit right after he got it done.  Haven’t been able to really enjoy it!

This was a great experience. Scott was always responsive with email and information. I had issues during the process and Scott was able to give suggestions and help with solutions. I would recommend Tapout to anyone! I was worried initially but Scott was so easy to work with it was comforting.
