I have a 16 A8 ATS-V with intakes and downpipes, I was definitely expecting a power increase but good lord! Scott worked his magic and the car is a complete animal! 12/10 in every category! Car runs amazing and the powerband is unbelievable! Super nice guy enjoyed working with him and getting everything dialed in!

We just purchased our 2018 ATS-V a few months ago and another V owner recommended Scott to us for tuning.  We reached out to Scott and he has walked us through everything and made suggestions for the best route to go on a build.  He did all of this before we even bought the remote tune from Tapout.  Scott now has the base tune on the car waiting on us to do our mods and it is incredible.  He did all of the base tune and revisions while he was on vacation with his family.  Nowhere else do you get that in any industry, much less in the performance automotive industry.  Scott is phenomenal with this platform and hands down has the best customer service in the business.  Thank you Scott!!

Having owned my 2017 ATS-V Sedan for a couple of years, I had been hearing great things about Scott and is customer service for a while. I reached out to him with high expectations, based on that reputation, and he still managed to exceed them.

When I purchased my tune and spark plugs, Scott was on the road, on vacation, traveling thousands of mile cross-country with his family. He still took the time in the evenings to work with me on the various stages of my tuning process. We exchanged a couple dozen emails over the course of a week, as he walked me through every step of the process to turn my car into the beast it is now.

I mean it’s one thing for someone to work with you on their day off, he worked with me on 7 or 8 of his days off. Then, to top things off, he showed up at a track day near me, and proceeded to spend the whole day refining my tune and the tunes of half a dozen other racers, in between drag runs. So that’s another 12-hour workday he put in, on his day off, to help out his customers. There is no other way to describe it, incredible!

I wanted to send a special shout out to my man Scott Cook.

He tuned my ATS-V back in August and it totally woke the car up. Also, previous to the tune he took the time to read the data logs and saw we had intercooler issues. Well, that was fixed and after installing the tune we had such a great time with the car. It outperformed my expectations and made a lot of people think twice about messing with us on the rally we were on!

Fast forward to a few weeks ago I contacted Scott on a late Saturday night about some issues with the car going from 4-5 gear. It’s like it hit a wall for a second and then caught itself. He addressed the problem right away and send over a new tune and I will say it was much needed. The car is a beast it’s so smooth and we love how it performs.

When I first talked to Scott regarding a Tapout tune I knew he was the one for this platform.  He had the knowledge I was looking for.  After he sent me my first tune the car was completely different.  We worked back and forth and created some great revisions for different fuel octanes, drag strip use, etc.  Each one the car made more power and wowed me even more.  I’d highly recommend Tapout and his customer service is top notch.
