Great customer service from Scott who answered all of my questions at any time within minutes. Before the car was already decently fast, but this tune transformed the car, not only the engine tuning but the automatic transmission is what really stole the show!

I didn’t have any prior experience with remote tuning and was not very comfortable at first, but Scott was extremely patient and helpful!! Just recently installed Tapout Throttle Body and Downpipes and have been very impressed with the quality! I would highly recommend Scott for any of your tuning and performance parts needs!

Imagine a car tuner who is the forefront of a certain vehicle platform.  Now imagine that same tuner to have remote tuning capabilities.  You can probably imagine how busy this man is, given the limited number of tuners we have for the LF4 platform, much less competent ones.  And then, to top it all off, imagine that same tuner to somehow, some way, be practically available and within reach for a question, a need of an tune update, and everything else in between pretty much every hour of each day… just for you.  Well, ladies and gentlemen, we don’t have to imagine.  We have Scott Cook.

Scott truly is the Most Valuable Tuner (MVT) in my eyes. His tuning capabilities and knowledge of the platform is second to none. My car went from 456 to 613 whp with tune and BOOSTane, thanks to Scott’s prowess and knowledge, and he did it safely, mind you.  He truly underpromises and overdelivers in that regard.  However, as great as he is as a tuner, this man went even further above and beyond tuning my car and answered some questions and concerns that I have at becoming an even better driver.  That wasn’t a part of his ”job description.”  That was just, simply put, Scott.  He’s genuine at everything he does, and it shows.  He’s just that kind of guy.  Dedicated to the betterment of the platform, as he takes care of your vehicle, and, if need be in my case, the driver.  He will truly do right by your car AND by YOU.

Scott is a throw back to the days when people cared for their customers and for the industry as a whole.  He has honed his craft and made owning this ATS-V a real treat.  I have owned some very fast cars over the years and used many, many tuners.  I have never experienced the level of customer service, skill, tenacity and genuine care that Scott brings to the table.  He is a true master of this platform.  His bleeding kit for our intercooler is such a great tool.  His detailed instructions, shipped with each kit, show his high level of concern that the job is done correctly.  I also ordered my throttle body from him.  My car just RIPS now.  I’ll be ordering his downpipes this week.  FUN FUN FUN.  Thanks brother!
