Scott has truly gone above and beyond for me.  Early on I had some parts installation issues that occurred at a very busy time for my business.  Scott worked with my local shop to help them walk through the troubleshooting steps necessary to resolve my hardware issues.  Scott had no hand in the installation, nor did he even sell me the parts, but he still helped my mechanics even without me involved because I was out of country on an extremely sensitive business trip.  Can you say customer service?  Not even the parts supplier wanted to assist.  And this is not uncommon.  I have seen Scott assist complete strangers, even those with his competitors’ products, on the internet forums.

I was certainly frustrated.  So much so I contemplated removing all the parts I had purchased from another performance company, and reverting back to stock.  Scott convinced me to stick with it and I am certainly glad I did.  After resolving my installation issues, he was able to fine tune this car to the point it runs better than it did when I bought it brand new.  The tune is customized to my exact cars unique behaviorisms, and the end results are truly and simply amazing!  I have had fast cars before, but I never thought a six cylinder could perform like this.  My initial goal was 500 whp and the car is certainly well above that goal.  My car is dyno validated and time slip proven.

Scott has fined tuned this car into an animal and I will recommend him to anybody without hesitation.
