I joined the Tapout team 8 months ago with my 2016 ATS-V. I got the itch of taking the car to another level and purchased the 525 package from Tapout. Since then I have added fuel upgrades and Swift springs. All items I have purchased directly from Tapout Tuning. I highly recommend Tapout Tuning for everyone trying to take their ATS-V to the next level. You will not be disappointed!

At first, I planned to drive two hours to Columbus to meet Scott in person, but between the weather and my schedule, I decided that a Remote Tune would be the quickest option since Spring was here and it was time to awaken the beast (M6 sedan). Having zero understanding of tuning a car, I was extremely nervous about doing it myself, but with Scott’s help, it turned out to be an incredible experience. I learned a great deal about the car and about how much more potential was hiding within.

Scott’s patience and expertise are first class. Prior to my tune, my driving score on the MyCadillac App was a solid 100. After my successful Tapout Tune, I was able to achieve a fridgeworthy driving score of 18…and it was worth it.

I can’t say enough about Scott, his service and my remote tune. The power buildup is silky smooth in all gears and the car is lightning fast even at low RPMs. But above all else, Scott focuses on safety and didn’t quit until I was completely thrilled with my car.

Let me start off by saying I have worked with multiple different tuners throughout my life and Scott is by far the best.

It’s not only his top-notch quality tune that completely woke up my V but it’s also his responsiveness. I’m not sure if Scott ever sleeps but he is always there for his customers. Scott has been very patient throughout this whole process even with my limited mechanical experience. I’ve been tuning back and forth with Scott for a few months now and things just keep getting better!

A tune from TAPOUT TUNING is by far the best bang for your buck mod for the ATS-V platform. I have a goal to hit 10’s and get on the 1/4 list!

At first I liked the ATS-V. Then after the Tapout tune I loved it!! They made the process painless and always great service. Will answer questions quickly and tune the car how you want the car. Even helped with diagnosing that the intercooler was dry! I daily drive, autocross, and take the car through the mountains and the car handles great with the tune with no problems. Couldn’t be more happy with the experience!

Scott is a real professional with a pinch of friend and a big helping of family. This was my first experience with a remote tune and even more, doing a tune on my own.  After the first scan, he discovered my intercooler wasn’t functioning properly. What any other place would have said, “welp, once you get that taken care of, give us a call back”!  What Scott said, “Welp, let’s walk you through what we need to do so we can get your car working properly before we make changes!”  Sent me over a video and even helped me with picking out the required things needed to make it happen.  I’m not car savvy at all and let him know that right away.  He could have huffed and puffed but instead; continued to smile and assist. Long story short, Scott and Tapout has earned a customer for life. Thanks again and my car is feeling great!
