Unbelievable that there was so much untapped performance left from the factory that Scott could extract. My car is now CRAZY fast. I only had a few weeks of decent, but cold, weather after finish with tuning in November. I can’t wait to drive the car in the summer with warmer temperatures, summer tires and more traction. From the beginning you can tell you’re dealing with a perfectionist and someone who knows exactly what he is talking about. I originally got a dyno tune from a big competitor because I was so afraid of remote tuning. Little did I know, the tune that I got was crap compared to what it is now.  It had a rough idle, safety features removed and worst of all developed a check engine light.

This code would limit boost unless …. you would do an open and close door trick to get the boost back. This was told to me by the competitor so clearly they’ve had to deal with it in the past. They made me purchase HP Tuners to “help” fix the problem and at the end told me, ‘sorry, it’s not the tune, we can’t help you’. I was very upset for a while and almost sold the car.

I’ve had many heavily modified cars over the years and most of them got some form of tuning, ranging from OTS maps to professional dyno-tuning, however, I’ve always stayed away from e-tunes in the past.
