The Best an ATS-V Can Be!

One of the exciting aspects of tuning is that there is always more to learn. New information becomes available and we learn better ways to improve efficiency and performance. Many of our customers benefit from this new information through the use of our Tuning Subscriptions. These provide access to our tuning services which include scan data analysis, performance modification, racing recommendations and tuning adjustments.

Dave, our customer and friend from California recently purchased a Remote Tune and has gained access to our most recent tuning advancements. We completed his tune using a local dyno with wideband logging through HP Tunes VCM Scanner to maximize the performance of his ATS-V. Prior to his recent dyno tune, the car has run a best quarter mile time of 10.776 @ 127.73 mph. Dave’s current modifications include intake, methanol injection, spark plugs and exhaust with catalytic converters still in place. His car is an absolute powerhouse, and there’s nothing we enjoy more at Tapout than taking ATS-V’s to the next level. Check out Dave’s dyno chart below to see his ATS-Vs broad, flat powerband making 552 whp!

Jorge Keeps Raising the Bar!

At Tapout Tuning it’s always our goal to make your ATS-V the best it can be. We do this according to your wants and needs so your individual car is tuned just to your liking. Jorge from Florida wanted to go fast, and we have helped him do just that.

We want to congratulate Jorge for pushing the envelope even further in the Stock Category of the official Quarter Mile Times and beating his previous first place record! His 2016 ATS-V has no modifications, no weight reductions and is still running on stock tires. He has a Tapout Remote Tune only. His new personal best is now nearly three tenths of a second quicker and three mph faster than second place. His new best time is 11.479 seconds @ 121.80 mph. Way to go Jorge!

Tapout takes great pride in providing the best customer service possible with all our tunes and related products. We are passionate about the LF4 platform and want everyone to experience that same feeling when they drive their own ATS-Vs. Today, we’re taking a look at one of this week’s tunes with another satisfied customer, Dave from Ohio.

Dave purchased an ATS-V recently and was researching the best company to assist with performance mods and tuning that would take his car to the next level. As his search continued, he came across Tapout Tuning as the leader in safe and optimized tuning for the ATS-V. Tapout Tune of the Week!

At Tapout Tuning there’s nothing that excites us more than helping customers unlock the full potential of their ATS-Vs. We know from the factory they are incredible cars, and after a tune from us sometimes we can’t even believe just how good the car can be!

This week we’re taking a look at one of these tunes we completed for Hank in Texas. He knew he wanted to tune his ATS-V, and wanted to make sure he went with the right company that could provide the expertise and support he wanted.
